Role and Responsibilities:-

1. Strategic Leadership: As the General Manager, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for our fertilizer manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business strategies that align with our long-term goals and objectives.

2. Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all facets of the manufacturing process. Optimize production schedules, implement lean manufacturing principles, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Team Management: Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and production staff, ensuring alignment with company values and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.

4. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure a reliable and efficient flow of raw materials, managing inventory levels, and optimizing procurement strategies. Implement best practices to streamline logistics and enhance overall supply chain performance.

5. Quality Assurance: Drive a strong quality assurance program to ensure that our fertilizers meet or exceed industry standards. Implement robust quality control processes, monitor production metrics, and collaborate with R&D teams to introduce product enhancements and innovations.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA will be an advantage.

• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior management role within the fertilizer or chemical manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of fertilizer manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
